Fees
Registration: To be paid in full for each student with student's application. (Non-refundable)
New Student Registration Fee....................$150.00
Additional children....................................$75.00
Re-enrollment: The registration fee for returning students whose application is processed by March 1st is $50.00.
Books, Technology, and Supplies Fee:
Preschool (K3-K5):....................$150.00
Elementary(1st-5th):.................$275.00
Middle and High School:..............$425.00
Payment:
Plan: Tuition is due on the first day of each month beginning July 1(12 month plan) and August 1, 2012 (10 month plan) through June 1,(12 month plan) and May 1, 2013 (10 month plan). Students enrolling after August 1st will be assessed the equivalent of one month's tuition immediately upon enrolling with the balance spread over the remaining months starting with the 1st of the month following the date of enrollment through May 1, 2013. The 12-month payment option is not available for students who enroll after September 1st.
Payment: Tuition will be processed through F.A.C.T.S. for all new families and those currently enrolled in the F.A.C.T.S. program. Daycare charges will be paid directly to GBCA.
* Academy students may pay aftercare charges on a monthly basis
**Public school aftercare charges must be paid the following week after childcare services were provided. (Unless other arrangements are made in the office prior to enrollement.)
Financial Aid and Discounts
Financial Aid: Families who are in need of financial assistance must apply for financial aid. A financial form is available in the school office and in the online form library. The Academy uses F.A.C.T.S. to determine eligibility and the need of families. Parents will be contacted if financial aid is granted.
Discounts:
A 5% discount will be awarded to any puplic servant (i.e. teacher, police officer, firefighter, military personnel, etc.)
A 5% discount will be awarded to any member of Great Bridge FWB Church who financially and faithfully supports the church. Discounts will not be awarded to any family who already receives tuition assistance.
Families with two or more students will receive a tuition discount of $500 a year per additional child. The maximum family tuition discount will not exceed $9,500.
